Australian forward Alex Toohey has signed an Exhibit 10 training-camp contract with the Golden State Warriors. The 22-year-old, a former Sydney Kings player, was selected 52nd overall in the 2025 NBA Draft.

Toohey’s initial tenure with the Warriors was interrupted by a serious left knee injury that required surgery, leading to him being waived in December after appearing in only two games for the team’s G League affiliate, the Santa Cruz Warriors.

Toohey will join the Warriors for training camp in Hawaii later this month, where he will compete for one of the team’s two-way contract slots alongside other players such as Malevy Leons, LJ Cryer, and Lajae Jones.
