Alex Warren cancels Auckland concert due to illness

Singer-songwriter Alex Warren has cancelled his scheduled performance at Auckland’s Spark Arena due to sudden illness. In a statement shared via Instagram, Warren explained he was “bedridden sick” and unable to sing or speak, making it impossible to proceed with the Monday night show as part of his “Finding Family on the Road” tour.

Promoter Frontier Touring confirmed the cancellation, noting that Warren was unable to perform “following medical advice.” The singer expressed devastation over missing the Auckland show, particularly acknowledging fans who traveled to attend. Ticketholders are set to receive automatic refunds.

Warren is scheduled to continue his tour in Sydney, Australia, this Friday, which coincides with the release of his second studio album, “Wildchild.”
