Alexander Liz de Jesús resigns from Wellington Arnaud presidential project

Political leader Alexander Liz de Jesús has announced his irrevocable resignation from the Wellington Arnaud presidential project, along with his entire political team. In a letter addressed to the project's Executive Committee, Liz de Jesús stated that his tenure within the structure has reached its natural conclusion following an evaluation of his political future.

Having worked on the construction of Arnaud's candidacy since 2018, Liz de Jesús noted that he had traveled throughout the country's provinces and often postponed his own political aspirations to support the movement. While acknowledging the position Arnaud has achieved, Liz de Jesús remarked that the growth of a political project does not always result in the development of those who helped build it. He emphasized that true leadership is demonstrated by the ability to recognize and value those who remained steadfast during the early stages of a movement.

Liz de Jesús clarified that his departure does not signal a retirement from politics. Instead, he intends to begin a new stage by working with his team in the National District to strengthen their structures and consolidate his own leadership.
