Alexandra Kecsmár leaves RTL program Fókusz after eight years

Alexandra Kecsmár has announced her departure from the RTL news program Fókusz after eight years. Having started as an intern at the program in 2018, she rose through the ranks to become a presenter, notably reporting from the scene of the Notre-Dame fire.

Her exit leaves Évi Barabás as the only active presenter for the production. The situation is further complicated by the fact that other key presenters, Petra Gál and Ági Szabados, are currently on maternity leave. While Kecsmár has not specified her future professional plans, she stated that she is moving toward a “new professional chapter.”

RTL has officially thanked Kecsmár for her commitment and years of work, wishing her success in her future career.
