Aleksej Pokuševski signs with Lokomotiv Kuban

Aleksej Pokuševski has officially signed with the Russian VTB League team Lokomotiv Kuban. The 23-year-old Serbian forward joins the club following a stint with Partizan Belgrade.

Pokuševski brings significant experience to the roster, having spent four seasons in the NBA with the Oklahoma City Thunder and Charlotte Hornets. He previously made history as the youngest player to ever compete in the EuroLeague while playing for Olympiacos.

Lokomotiv Kuban head coach Tomislav Tomović expressed confidence in the signing, stating, "He is an extremely talented young player who fits perfectly into Lokomotiv's philosophy." Tomović noted that Pokuševski is highly motivated and expects the player's increased playing time to allow him to showcase his full potential.
