Alexey Shpilevsky addresses CSKA Sofia negotiation reports

Coach Alexey Shpilevsky has issued an official statement regarding his recent visit to Sofia to conduct negotiations with the football club CSKA. While confirming that he traveled to the city following an invitation from the club, Shpilevsky clarified that several media reports regarding the nature and content of the discussions were inaccurate.

Shpilevsky described the meetings with the club's management as professional and constructive, during which he presented his sporting vision and methodology. However, he did not explicitly confirm or deny whether he would take over the position. He noted that any future career steps must be built on mutual trust and stability.

CSKA is currently being led on a temporary basis by Daniel Morales following the departure of Hristo Yanev.
