Alexis Mac Allister legal team contests court fees in dispute with Camila Mayan

The legal dispute between Liverpool footballer Alexis Mac Allister and his former partner, influencer Camila Mayan, has entered a new phase regarding court costs. Mayan is seeking economic compensation, claiming her professional development suffered during the years she spent in England alongside Mac Allister.

Mac Allister’s legal team has filed a motion opposing Mayan’s request to be exempt from paying judicial fees. The disputed amount is approximately $180,000, which is calculated as a percentage of the total claim. Mac Allister’s lawyers argue that Mayan possesses the financial capacity to cover these costs through her income as an influencer.

The case is currently being heard in Argentina after English courts determined they lacked jurisdiction over the matter. The legal battle has been ongoing for approximately one and a half years.
