AlezeiaTeatro wins national prize in Greco-Latin theater contest

AlezeiaTeatro, a theater company from Colegio Maravillas, has won the first prize in the Greek and Latin Comedy category at the XIX National Greco-Latin Classical Theater Contest held in Sagunto, Valencia.

The winning production was “Asamblea de Mujeres” by Aristophanes. Additionally, actress Ana Martínez received a special mention for her performance in the role of Praxágora.

The award coincides with the company’s 20th anniversary. The Benalmádena Mayor, Juan Antonio Lara, congratulated the group, noting that the recognition is a result of dedication and hard work.
