Alezzi Citadine residential project launched in Constanța

The Alezzi Citadine residential project is being developed in northern Constanța, Romania, on a 22,000 m² site. This project marks a strategic shift for the developer from tourism-focused resorts in Mamaia to permanent urban residential communities.

The development will consist of six buildings containing over 590 apartments. Designed to nearly Zero Energy Building (nZEB) standards, the project incorporates photovoltaic panels, floor heating, ventilated facades, and aluminum joinery to ensure energy efficiency and thermal insulation.

The complex is designed as a complete urban ecosystem, featuring over 8,500 m² of recreational areas and approximately 900 parking spaces, most of which are underground. On-site amenities include a kindergarten, afterschool center, medical clinic, pharmacy, market, bakery, coworking hubs, and a full-service SPA with an indoor pool, fitness center, and sports courts.
