Alfa Romeo debuts Edizione Luna Rossa series in Naples
Alfa Romeo has debuted its new Edizione Luna Rossa special series in the Gulf of Naples, timed to coincide with the preliminary regattas for the 2027 America's Cup. The series is a result of the brand's engineering and sponsorship partnership with the Luna Rossa sailing team.
The collection includes four models: the Junior, Tonale, Giulia, and Stelvio. These vehicles feature design elements and color palettes inspired by professional sailing, such as white, black, grey, and Etna Red. Specific aesthetic details include carbon fiber accents on the scudetto and mirror caps, a unique red Alfa Romeo badge, and Luna Rossa branding.
Technical highlights include the use of 3D Knit upholstery technology in the Junior and Tonale models to reduce production waste. The Junior is available in hybrid and electric versions, while the Tonale offers various powertrain options including plug-in hybrid, hybrid, and diesel. Sales for the series began in Italy on September 25, 2026, with the Giulia starting at 71,250 euro.
