Alfabetiza Program holds training for school managers in Várzea Grande
In Várzea Grande, school directors and pedagogical coordinators from municipal and state networks are participating in training sessions for the Alfabetiza Program. The training aims to strengthen pedagogical management and monitor literacy indicators.
According to municipal coordinator Joana Ângela da Silva, the program includes 64 hours of training, divided into 32 in-person hours and 32 hours via a digital platform. Participants are analyzing external evaluation results, including reading fluency and preparatory simulations for the Basic Education Assessment System (Saeb). Summative assessments are scheduled for October and November.
