Alfamidi and Alfamart Deliver 670,000 Eggs to Indonesian Kids to Fight Stunting

PT Midi Utama Indonesia Tbk (Alfamidi) has distributed more than 160,000 eggs since 2024 under its Protein Cegah Stunting program, targeting 875 children across 26 districts in 15 provinces. The company plans to deliver 190,000 eggs by December 2026, working with local health and family‑planning agencies.

Alfamart's Satu Telur Sehari program, now in its fourth year, targets 2,700 children identified as at risk of stunting in 39 districts. It has supplied over 510,000 eggs in a six‑month period and paired the distribution with nutrition‑education sessions involving health officials and community cadres. Beneficiaries report improved daily diets.

Combined, the two corporate initiatives have provided more than 670,000 eggs to over 3,500 Indonesian children, aiming to strengthen protein intake during the critical first 1,000 days of life and reduce stunting rates.
