Algeria and Slovenia discuss strengthening parliamentary cooperation

Khalida Boufedeche, President of the Algerian People's National Assembly, met with the Slovenian Ambassador to Algeria, Urska Kramberger Mendek, to discuss enhancing bilateral relations.

The meeting focused on intensifying cooperation between the two nations, particularly through a forthcoming cooperation protocol between their respective legislative institutions. This agreement aims to facilitate the exchange of expertise and parliamentary experience.

Both parties also discussed the importance of coordination within international organizations and exchanged views on current global issues, including the Palestinian cause and the pursuit of a just and lasting solution.
