Algeria ships air conditioners to Spain and holds national fruit export fair

Algerian Minister of Foreign Trade and Export Promotion Kamel Rezig inaugurated the first export of Condor mobile air‑conditioners to Spain from Bordj Bou Arreridj, announcing a shipment of more than 250,000 units. The same operation includes the export of split‑type air‑conditioners to Tunisia and a series of container loads—46 containers of various appliances and 14 containers of Midea refrigerators and freezers—to Tunisia, Libya and Mauritania.

In parallel, the ministry organised the National Fruit Export Exhibition in Sidi Bel Abbès, scheduled for 30 July to 2 August 2026. The three‑day fair will bring together Algerian fruit producers, exporters and economic operators to showcase products for foreign markets and to forge new commercial partnerships.
