Algeria to launch AADL 3 second installment payments

Algerian Minister of Housing, Urbanism, and City, Mohamed Tarek Belaribi, has announced that payment orders for the second installment of the AADL 3 rental-purchase program will be available within 48 hours. To alleviate financial pressure on households, the ministry is considering splitting this installment into two separate payments.

The announcement follows the registration of over 1.4 million subscribers via the digital platform. While 200,000 housing units are currently under construction, the minister also announced the upcoming launch of 300,000 additional housing units across the country.

The first deliveries of completed AADL 3 housing are scheduled for November 1, 2026, coinciding with the 72nd anniversary of the start of the War of National Liberation. Completed works have already been reported in several provinces, including Mascara, M’Sila, Ouargla, Oum El Bouaghi, and Mila.
