Algerian Ministry of Finance denies changes to tourist allowance

Current rules, including payment of the allowance by bank card as established by the Bank of Algeria, remain in effect. Authorities warned citizens and media to verify information before sharing, urging reliance on official channels, and indicated they may pursue legal action against those responsible for the false documents.
