Alghero: Sant’Agostino neighborhood committee reforms
The Sant’Agostino neighborhood in Alghero has reconstituted its local neighborhood committee following a constituent assembly. During the meeting, temporary leadership roles were established to manage the transition toward formal elections.
Professor Antonio Farris has been appointed as the temporary President, while Luca Pais will serve as Secretary. The assembly unanimously approved the committee’s constitutive act, statute, and electoral regulations.
Elections for the new Board of Directors are scheduled for Sunday, November 29. Residents wishing to run for a position must submit their applications by 8:00 PM on Sunday, November 22. Future committee activities will be hosted in facilities provided by the Parish of the Most Holy Name of Jesus.
