Alhama de Murcia renews Holy Week collaboration agreement

The Alhama de Murcia City Council has renewed its collaboration agreement with the Archicofradía de Nuestro Padre Jesús Nazareno. The agreement aims to support Holy Week processions and various cultural and religious activities throughout 2026.

Under the agreement, the Council will provide an economic contribution of 5,500 euros from the current municipal budget. The partnership includes initiatives such as educational activities, cultural contests, visits to the Museo de Pasos e Imágenes, and the restoration and maintenance of brotherhood heritage to promote local identity and tourism.
