Ali Bıdı advocates vegan diet and entrepreneurship in İzmir

ANFAŞ Fuarcılık Board Chairman and businessman Ali Bıdı, 77, appeared on the İzmir Ege Medya Platform to discuss his health journey. He recounted decades of back, knee and rheumatic pain and a colon polyp, explaining that a complete shift to a plant‑based, vegan diet about 24 years ago allowed him to stop medication and improve his wellbeing. Bıdı emphasized regular exercise, adequate water intake and balanced nutrition as key to maintaining vitality.
