Ali Fadlallah calls for Lebanese unity during meeting in Tyre

Ali Fadlallah, a prominent religious figure, met with Dr. Emad Said, president of the Hala Sour Cultural and Social Association, to discuss intellectual, cultural, and regional developments in Lebanon.

During the meeting, preparations for the 12th Arab Book Fair in Tyre were discussed. The event will feature seminars and ceremonies, including a tribute to the late Afif al-Zayyat, a founder of the Al-Mabarrat Charity Association known for his humanitarian work. Dr. Said emphasized that maintaining cultural activities in Tyre serves to reinforce national and Islamic identity and demonstrates resilience following recent aggression against the city.

Fadlallah highlighted the importance of internal unity and constructive dialogue to overcome Lebanon’s current economic and living standard challenges. He stressed that strengthening communication between Lebanon’s diverse components is essential to protecting national unity and navigating the country’s difficult period.
