Ali Fadlallah meets National Meeting delegation to discuss Lebanese dialogue

Ali Fadlallah received a delegation from the National Meeting, which included MPs Raed Barrou and Nidal al-Solh, to discuss Lebanon’s current political challenges and ways to enhance dialogue between the country’s various components.

The delegation invited Fadlallah to participate in an expanded National Meeting scheduled to take place in Beirut in early September. The initiative aims to represent Lebanese diversity and create a shared space across the nation.

Fadlallah emphasized that Lebanon is undergoing a complex and difficult period, requiring unified efforts to protect the country from external interference. He stressed that any national framework must be inclusive of all Lebanese sects and political spectrums to avoid creating fragmented, opposing groups. He advocated for rational discourse and persuasion over provocation to address differing views on critical issues.
