Ali Fidan marks 74th anniversary of Türkiye Polis Radyosu
Ali Fidan, the Director General of Security, visited the Ankara studios of Türkiye Polis Radyosu to participate in a live broadcast marking the station's 74th anniversary. The radio station, which began broadcasting on October 5, 1952, serves as a communication link between the Turkish Police Force and the public.
During the broadcast, Fidan described the radio as the “trustworthy breath and voice” of the police force. He noted that beyond providing music, the station plays a critical role in raising public awareness regarding traffic safety, public order, cybercrime, and the fight against drugs. Fidan expressed gratitude to the station's staff for their role in strengthening the bond between the security forces and citizens.
