Ali Khan Arrested in Pennsylvania School Bus Assault

Police in Bensalem Township, Pennsylvania, arrested 62‑year‑old school bus aide Ali Khan after surveillance video showed him repeatedly touching a 14‑year‑old student with special needs during bus trips on July 29 and 30. The incidents occurred while the student was being transported to Bensalem High School’s extended school year program. Khan was charged with third‑degree felony counts of endangering the welfare of a child and corruption of minors, plus two misdemeanor counts of indecent assault. Bail was set at 10 % of $500,000 and he was remanded to the Bucks County Correctional Facility. The video also captured Khan holding a cellphone, apparently recording the student, and placing a hand inside his pants. Bensalem Township Police Department led the investigation, and interim superintendent Victoria Velazquez confirmed Khan’s employment with the Bensalem School District and the district’s immediate response to the allegations.
