Aliağa begins infrastructure and road renewal on Necmettin Giritlioğlu Street

In the Aliağa district of İzmir, comprehensive infrastructure and surface renewal works have commenced on Necmettin Giritlioğlu Street. The İzmir Metropolitan Municipality's İZSU Directorate has completed the first phase of the project, which involved installing 1,600 meters of new rainwater drainage lines to increase capacity and prevent flooding in the Siteler neighborhood.

Following the infrastructure phase, the North Region Road Works Branch Directorate has begun ground improvement and leveling to repair surfaces damaged during excavation. Once the ground is stabilized according to technical standards, hot asphalt will be applied to the entire street to enhance driving safety and transportation comfort.
