Alianza por Venezuela installs regional leadership in Monagas

The political platform Alianza por Venezuela (AVE) has officially installed its regional leadership in Monagas, Venezuela. During a meeting held in Maturín, representatives from nine different political and social organizations gathered to constitute the regional promoter team.

The newly appointed leadership includes Artemio Leonett, representing Generación Independiente (Gente), as the regional coordinator and spokesperson, and Samira Abou Raha from Alianza Bravo Pueblo (ABP) as the executive secretary. The platform aims to integrate political, professional, and social sectors to support national leadership and organize efforts toward democratic recovery.

The participating organizations include Generación Independiente, Concertación Ciudadana, Alianza Bravo Pueblo, Centrados en la Gente, Bandera Roja, Movimiento Independiente por Venezuela, Vanguardia Popular, Izquierda Unida, and Venezuela Democrática Unida. The group’s core objectives include demanding the release of political prisoners, calling for presidential elections, respecting popular sovereignty, and restoring citizen rights and guarantees.
