Alibaba launches QwenWork international AI agent platform

Alibaba has launched the international edition of QwenWork, an all-in-one AI agent platform designed to enhance workplace productivity for both individuals and enterprises. Currently in public beta, the platform is available via web and desktop clients and is targeting high-growth markets in Asia, the Middle East, and Latin America.

QwenWork integrates the capabilities of Alibaba’s existing AI agent platforms—QoderWork, MuleRun, and Wukong—into a single interface. The platform allows users to execute complex, multi-step tasks by providing instructions in natural language. Once authorized, the AI agent can navigate websites and operate local computer functions on the user's behalf.

A key feature of the desktop client is ‘Awareness,’ an opt-in personalization tool that allows the agent to learn a user’s specific working style and carry context across different sessions. Additionally, the platform includes multimodal generation capabilities for image, video, and audio, as well as built-in web development tools that allow users to transform ideas into live web applications without technical expertise.
