Alicante Gastronómica hosts eighth edition with 130 Michelin Stars
The eighth edition of Alicante Gastronómica is scheduled to take place from October 2 to October 5. This year's event features Mexico as the guest country and aims to strengthen the province's position as an international gastronomic and tourism hub.
The fair will host 260 exhibitors and include 460 sessions, including masterclasses, workshops, tastings, and lectures. Participating culinary professionals collectively hold 130 Michelin Stars and Repsol Soles. The event will span 36,000 square meters across two pavilions, featuring seven different stages and 18 competitions.
Key highlights include the III Paco Torreblanca International High Pastry Award for the Best Chocolate Cake and the XIX Spanish Potato Omelet Championship. The event is designed to promote local producers, restaurateurs, and tourism operators within the Valencian Community.
