Alicante hosts VII National Congress of Land Transport

The seventh edition of the National Congress of Land Transport is being held in Alicante from October 14 to October 16. Organized by the Association of Transport, Tachographs and Road Safety (ATTYSV) in collaboration with the Alicante Local Police, the event brings together over one hundred professionals.

Participants include local police from across Spain, Civil Guard members, Navarra's foral police, and the Ertzaintza, alongside representatives from various transport sector companies. The program focuses on training for security forces and specialists in matters related to land transport.

Key topics include legislative changes, road safety, and the judicial processing of driving under the influence of drugs. The congress features presentations from experts such as Alicante's Road Safety Prosecutor, José Antonio Artieda, and the Chief Commissioner of the Alicante Local Police, José María Conesa.
