Alicante Medical Research Grants Worth €100,000 Announced

The College of Physicians of Alicante and the Navarro‑Tripodi Foundation have launched a 2026 call for medical research projects in the province of Alicante, allocating a total of €100,000. €75,000 will be distributed among the highest‑rated proposals, while an extraordinary €25,000 grant will be awarded to a single project selected to commemorate the foundation’s 35th anniversary. Eligible applicants include physicians, researchers and postgraduate medical students based in Alicante who are involved in projects approved by recognised university departments or research centres.

Applications must be submitted by 14:00 CET on 10 November 2026, either in person at the College’s Secretariat or by e‑mail (administracion@fundacionnavarrotripodi.org). Selections will be based on scientific quality, methodology, feasibility, applicability and ethical considerations. Funding may cover equipment, consumables and technical services, but excludes personnel costs and office supplies.
