Alien: Isolation 2 to feature playable prologue at Gamescom 2026

SEGA and developer Creative Assembly have confirmed that a playable prologue of the survival horror game ‘Alien: Isolation 2’ will be available at Gamescom 2026 in Cologne. Attendees at the event will be able to visit the SEGA booth in Hall 7 to experience the opening minutes of the game, playing as Blake, a member of a Weyland-Yutani research team on a remote colony.

Despite the opportunity for hands-on gameplay, the developers clarified that a release date or release window will not be announced during the event. The game is being developed for PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and Nintendo Switch 2.
