Alienware and Philips expand gaming monitor lineups

Major hardware manufacturers are expanding their gaming display portfolios with new high-performance monitors.

Alienware has announced several new OLED models, including the 39-inch 5K (AW3926QW) featuring RGB Stripe Tandem OLED technology for improved brightness and text clarity, and a 32-inch 4K OLED (AW3226QW). The brand is also previewing a 25-inch 560Hz QD-OLED monitor slated for 2027. Additionally, Dell is launching the Alienware 15 gaming notebook in Brazil, offering more accessible entry points into the brand with various AMD and Intel processor options.

Philips is expanding its Evnia line with the 34M2C5601QA, a 34-inch curved ultrawide monitor. This model features a 200Hz refresh rate, a Fast VA panel with a 4000:1 contrast ratio, and AI-enhanced Ambiglow lighting. It includes productivity features such as USB-C with 90W Power Delivery and a KVM switch.

In the professional and productivity segment, the Philips 34B2U5900C has been noted for its 5K2K resolution and high-wattage USB-C connectivity, providing a high-density alternative to OLED displays.
