Alieu Fadera joins Cagliari on loan from Como

Cagliari Calcio has officially announced the acquisition of Alieu Fadera on loan from Como. The deal includes an option to make the transfer permanent at the end of the 2026/27 season.

Fadera, a Gambian international winger, is known for his speed and ability to play on both flanks or in a central attacking role. His recent career includes stints at Genk, Como, and a loan spell at Sassuolo, where he recorded two goals and one assist in Serie A. Cagliari secured the player after negotiations had previously been linked with Lecce.
