AliExpress launches free Elite membership and next-day delivery

AliExpress has introduced a new, no-fee loyalty program called Elite to reward frequent shoppers and compete with rivals like Amazon. The program is invitation-only, targeting customers who have placed at least five orders and spent a specific threshold (approximately £600, €700, or $800) over the past year.

Elite members receive several benefits, including an additional 5% discount on millions of products labeled with the Elite tag, such as those in the Brand+, Choice, and Local+ collections. On the first day of every month, designated as Elite Day, this discount increases to 8%. Members also benefit from dedicated customer service and a simplified 15-day free return policy for eligible items.

In addition to the loyalty scheme, AliExpress is expanding its logistics capabilities through next-day delivery services. This service is being rolled out in selected regions, including specific provinces in Poland, as well as major cities in France and Spain.
