ALIF Holding breaks ground on Umm Al Quwain industrial park

ALIF Holding, the industrial arm of Robo. ai, has commenced Phase I of the ALIF Holding Group Industrial Park in Umm Al Quwain, United Arab Emirates. The project aims to strengthen UAE industrial capabilities in alignment with the ‘Operation 300Bn’ initiative.

The development is structured in three phases: refurbishing existing premises, constructing new factory facilities, and reserving space for future expansion. Alif Maritec is slated to be the first project to occupy the site following operational preparations. Alif Maritec’s operations will focus on oil spill detection, water-quality verification, land border security, and AI-enabled monitoring for critical infrastructure.

ALIF Holding intends to have at least three project companies established within the industrial park by the end of 2026. The facility is designed to support advanced manufacturing strategies and the integration of equipment and software for both local and international markets.
