Alina Habba expresses willingness to serve as White House Press Secretary

Alina Habba, a former attorney for Donald Trump, has expressed her willingness to serve as the next White House Press Secretary following the resignation of Karoline Leavitt. During an appearance on the Benny Johnson show, Habba stated she would “absolutely” accept the role if offered by the president, noting that serving the country in such a capacity would be a “greatest honor.”

While Habba had previously dismissed rumors regarding her candidacy for the position, her recent comments have renewed speculation. On the Kalshi prediction market, Habba was ranked fifth among potential contenders for the role, trailing candidates such as Anna Kelly, Scott Jennings, Margo Martin, and Elizabeth Pipko. The White House has not yet officially announced a successor to Leavitt.
