Television presenter Alison Hammond has revealed that a medical incident during a live broadcast of ‘This Morning’ on October 2 was a massive panic attack rather than a heart attack. After appearing to clutch her chest on air, Hammond was hospitalized for medical checks on her heart, lungs, and blood. She later confirmed via social media that she is safe and that all tests were clear.

Separately, Hammond discussed her relationship with her partner, David Putman. While describing the couple as ‘obsessed with each other,’ she noted that she would likely decline a traditional marriage proposal because she does not desire an engagement ring. She stated that while she is content with their current living arrangement, she has not entirely ruled out marriage.
