Alivo Zero compensates 680.1 tons of CO2 in early 2026

Alivo Zero, the carbon footprint compensation solution from Alivo Renting, reported that 680.1 tons of CO2 were compensated between January and September 2026. This initiative resulted in the conservation of 101.7 hectares in the Chocó Andino region.

As of September 2026, 48.8% of vehicles delivered by the company incorporated Alivo Zero, with 48.3% of its clients utilizing the solution. The company has set a goal for 2027 to have at least 70% of its delivered vehicles include the compensation service.

The program utilizes NFT Trees, which are digital tokens based on blockchain technology representing specific 100-square-meter plots of forest for conservation. This model aims to help companies manage their carbon footprint through fleet management and forest preservation.
