All American concludes eight-season run on The CW

The CW drama series ‘All American’ concluded its eight-season run with a series finale titled ‘To Live and Die in L.A.’ The final episode, which aired on Monday, September 28, served as a significant farewell to the characters from Crenshaw and Beverly.

Directed by lead actor Daniel Ezra, the finale follows Spencer James as he navigates a trade from New York back to Los Angeles to be with his family during the birth of his twins. A time jump six years later reveals the characters' futures: Coop becomes an attorney, Amina supports her father’s political career, and Spencer plays in his final Super Bowl before retirement.

The conclusion of the series comes amid structural changes at The CW following its acquisition by Nexstar. Despite the end of the show, the network noted that ‘All American’ remained its number one entertainment program across several key demographics and its top performer on the CW app.
