All Blacks face triple injury setback for Nations Championship
The All Blacks have confirmed three significant injury absences ahead of their upcoming Nations Championship tour in Europe. Prop Tyrel Lomax, hooker Samisoni Taukei’aho, and loose forward Shannon Frizell will all miss the international window in November.
Frizell sustained a knee injury during the match against Australia in Sydney and is expected to be sidelined for six weeks. Taukei’aho suffered a calf tear that will likely keep him out for four to six weeks, while Lomax will remain in New Zealand to manage a long-standing neck injury.
These absences add to a growing list of unavailable players, including Leroy Carter, Ardie Savea, Ruben Love, Luke Jacobson, Caleb Clarke, Billy Proctor, Ollie Norris, and Tamaiti Williams. The team is scheduled to face Scotland, England, and Wales throughout November.
