All Blacks name Codie Taylor as captain for final Springboks Test

New Zealand has announced significant roster changes for the fourth and final Test against South Africa in Baltimore. Veteran hooker Codie Taylor has been recalled to the squad and will captain the All Blacks, replacing the injured Ardie Savea.

Coach Dave Rennie has implemented wholesale changes to the lineup, including the return of flyhalf Richie Mo'unga. The forward pack has been heavily restructured, featuring Ethan de Groot, Fletcher Newell, and Patrick Tuipulotu. The All Blacks currently trail South Africa 2-1 in the four-Test series.

The match will be held at Baltimore’s M&T Bank Stadium as part of initiatives to increase rugby's profile in the United States ahead of the 2031 World Cup.
