All Nippon Airways Trading to acquire AKOMEYA TOKYO

All Nippon Airways Trading Corporation, a subsidiary of ANA Holdings, has signed an agreement to acquire all shares of AKOMEYA TOKYO from Sazaby League. The deal was signed on September 14, 2026.

Through this acquisition, All Nippon Airways Trading Corporation aims to strengthen its non-aviation revenue streams by combining its extensive airport retail network and business experience with AKOMEYA TOKYO’s unique marketing and specialized sales channels. AKOMEYA TOKYO is a lifestyle brand focused on Japanese food culture, particularly rice, and operates 38 stores and two restaurants across Japan, alongside an online shop.

The completion of the share transfer is expected by October 30, 2026, subject to approval from the Japan Fair Trade Commission.
