All Pro Newton Deck Builders expands services into Needham

All Pro Newton Deck Builders has expanded its residential service area to include Needham, Massachusetts. This expansion extends the company's coverage across the Charles River into Norfolk County.

The contractor provides services including new deck construction, replacement of aging structures, repairs to framing and decking, railing and stair installation, and the addition of pergolas or screened enclosures. Projects encompass the full lifecycle from site assessment and design through permitting and final municipal inspection.

Owner John Greene stated the expansion was driven by inquiries from Needham homeowners seeking crews familiar with local permitting and inspection schedules. The move targets a housing stock in Needham that includes many structures built before 1980, which often feature decks nearing the end of their service life.
