All-Star Game in Philadelphia sees Dodgers' Dave Roberts and NFL's Myles Garrett

The Major League Baseball All-Star Game is set for July 14 in Philadelphia, with Los Angeles Dodgers manager Dave Roberts serving as the National League manager. Phillies manager Don Mattingly and St. Louis Cardinals manager Oliver Marmol have been named to the NL coaching staff, while Minnesota Twins manager Derek Shelton will join the American League staff.

NFL defensive end Myles Garrett, recently traded to the Los Angeles Rams, was invited to throw out the ceremonial first pitch before the game. Roberts praised Garrett, calling him "top of the food chain" and saying his presence would enhance the defensive talent in Los Angeles.
