All Whites defeat China 3-0 in Chongqing

The New Zealand national football team, the All Whites, secured a 3-0 victory against China in Chongqing, marking their first win since March. The match also provided the team with their first clean sheet in 15 months.

Tyler Bindon opened the scoring in the fifth minute after being found unmarked by Callum McCowatt. Ben Waine doubled the lead in the 29th minute following a team move involving Eli Just, McCowatt, and Ben Old. Owen Parker-Price scored the final goal in the 82nd minute, reacting to a rebound late in the game.

Coach Darren Bazeley made eight changes in the second half as the match became more defensive. The All Whites are scheduled to play Panama in Tokyo before continuing the Kirin Cup against either Japan or Ecuador.
