Allali Group begins deliveries at Tangerine Mansouria project

Allali Group has reached a new milestone in the development of Tangerine Mansouria, a multi-phase integrated residential project located in Mansouria, near Mohammedia, Morocco. The group has begun delivering the first units from the initial phase and has simultaneously opened the commercialization of the program’s final phase.

The development is designed as a secure, gated community featuring R+3 buildings that offer a mix of studios and two-to-three-bedroom apartments. In addition to housing, the site includes local shops and professional spaces marketed under the Nexus Offices brand.

Amenities provided within the complex include eight swimming pools, two lagoons, a water park, four fitness centers, a padel court, a kids club, and one hectare of green space. The project also features coworking spaces and two prayer rooms. The location is situated approximately 500 meters from Mimosa Beach and is positioned near the future Grand Stade Hassan II and the future Benslimane TGV station.
