Allam al-Saqqa meets local leaders in Ramallah and al-Bireh

Major General Allam al-Saqqa, Director General of the Police, met with mayors, local authority heads, and community leaders in the Ramallah and al-Bireh Governorate. The meeting focused on strengthening the rule of law, enhancing security, stability, and civil peace within the governorate.

Al-Saqqa emphasized that community partnership between the police and local institutions is a fundamental pillar for maintaining public order and combating crime and chaos. He highlighted the importance of integrated roles to address community needs and support citizen resilience.

Additionally, al-Saqqa stated that the police are prepared to secure upcoming elections, ensuring the process is conducted smoothly, safely, and in accordance with the law to provide a secure environment for citizens to exercise their rights.
