Allas Pool expands to Tallinn with 25 million euro sea pool project

Nordic Urban has announced that the Allas Pool sea pool and event space concept is expanding to Tallinn, Estonia. The project has officially received building permits for its location in the Kalasadam district, within walking distance of the Tallinn port and Old Town.

Developed in collaboration with the Estonian real estate development company Kapitel, the project has an estimated investment budget of approximately 25 million euros. Kapitel will act as the property owner, while Nordic Urban will manage the concept and operations. The Estonian architectural firm Must, winner of a 2024 design competition, is responsible for the project's design.

The facility will span approximately 5,000 square meters and include year-round outdoor and indoor amenities. Planned features include a 25-meter heated outdoor pool, a cold pool, hot water pools, and saunas with sea views. The complex will also offer an indoor spa for adults, group exercise facilities, restaurants, cafes, event spaces, and terraces.
