ALLDAYS to exhibit organizational coaching solutions at HR EXPO Osaka

ALLDAYS Co., Ltd., a Sapporo-based firm specializing in organizational development, has announced its participation in the 11th HR EXPO at Intex Osaka. The event is scheduled to take place from November 18 to 20, 2026.

The company will showcase its unique “self-determination management” method, designed to transform organizations from passive, instruction-dependent structures into self-running entities. Key offerings include “Member Coach,” a solution starting at 100,000 yen per month, and various organizational coaching services aimed at resolving issues such as centralized decision-making and ineffective 1-on-1 meetings.

Keita Kamimura, CEO of ALLDAYS, will be present at the Intex Osaka booth for the three-day duration to provide direct consultations. He intends to advise Kansai-based companies on overcoming structural challenges, fostering next-generation leaders, and establishing systems that allow teams to pursue goals independently without constant external intervention.
