Campos launches REFIS 2026 tax regularization program

The City Hall of Campos has launched the REFIS 2026 Tax Recovery Program, offering taxpayers opportunities to regularize tax and non-tax debts with the municipality. The initiative provides discounts of up to 100% on interest and fines, depending on the chosen payment method.

Adherence to the program runs from November 1 to December 5, with no scheduled extension. It covers debts for both individuals and legal entities with maturity dates up to December 31, 2025, including those already in active debt or under judicial processes. The program also includes specific conditions for 2026 IPTU (Property Tax) debts.

For lump-sum payments, taxpayers receive a 100% reduction in interest and fines. Installment plans offer discounts of 60% for up to six installments, 50% for up to 12 installments, and 40% for up to 24 installments. Minimum installment amounts are set at R$ 89.75 for individuals and R$ 179.50 for legal entities. Special conditions are also available for large debtors with consolidated debts exceeding R$ 500,000, who must apply in person.
