Allegiant Airlines pilots ratify two‑year contract with 40% wage boost
Nearly 1,300 pilots at Allegiant Travel have approved a new two‑year collective bargaining agreement with the Teamsters Union. The deal delivers an immediate average hourly wage increase of about 40% and total wage gains of roughly 54% by January 2027, along with improved retirement benefits and work‑rule provisions. Ratification also triggers payment of about $300 million in accrued retention bonuses. The contract was ratified by an 80% margin, with 99% of eligible pilots voting in favor.
